its sad to know that careem does not take complaints of their drivers seriously. one of my family member is driving his car in careem. there’s that person to booked the ride and then wasn’t telling the exact location and after that called the captian and abused and use false language this is ridiculous . Every company should listen to the problems of their employees if careem does provide their captians the respect they want then they should close theri company. 03037967880 this was the number of the customer who has no ethical values and abused the captian in a way that if i were the captian i would defenitaly gonna kill him. Careem should focus on providing the facilities to their captians as well. SUCH A SHAME CAREEM THAT YOU CANNOT PROTECT THE DIGNITY OF YOUR CAPTIANS BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THE STUPID , SICK AND PSYCHO CUSTOMERS. SHAME ON CAREEM.
