I am Fawad from planning department Imtiaz Super Market Bahawalpur. I sent a consignment on 17th of June 2022 and and it was over night. Sadly, it is not delivered yet despite of 7 days passed time. I called help line couple of days ago and opened my query. I got ticket number 5481900 and I was assured my query will be answered by TCS but I did not receive any reply from TCS against of my complain. I called zonal manager Mr. Sumair Qureshi yesterday day and I was promised my consignment will deliver on priority and he will inform me very soon. Unfortunately, promise was not honoured and I did not get any support from him. It is to inform, it was an urgent consignment and I was promised consignment will deliver max in two days but it was not more than a lie. I am seriously considering to terminate partnership with TCS as it does not meet with customer perception. TCS also destroy my credibility in worst manner and hurt my image badly. My consignment number is 4252801575.
