Incompetent Tcs employee Dera ismail khan
i am dr rizwan rajput from dera ismail khan.ur employee contacted me on monday dated 30th december 2019 via cell no 03339539383.he told me that my wife Dr Amber Mughis examination letter has to be deliver on ur address plz tel me.ur address.i briefed again then he told that he is not understanding so i again tell my clinic address,v well konwn place of city.he told that concerned person of that area wil take and handed over to my clinic.i waited yesterday but no bdoy came then again today from same no my wife received for asking address.i again called him and told the address but unfortunately he did not come.now my assistant called on that no and asked about letter.he told he submitted on main branch of tcs office as area is not concerned to him.my question is that on monday he told same and after two days same position and same reply but on other hand why he is calling today on my wife no if he is not concerned with that area.my wife exam date and admit card is in that tcs letter if would not be able to get that card tomorrow then we wil face dificulty to appear in exam.my request is that plz inquire the matter and immediately remove this irresponsible person otherwise i wil go to the consumer court.people like these are defaming a quality based service.if this happen same in future then atleast i wil not take service of ur company.regards dr Muhammad Rizwan Rajput skin specialist
