In Inet there is a tab that says . I wanted to change my email for getting my PIN on it. No sooner I changed it – the PIN that i was getting on previous email stopped. I have since since friday sent almost 20 emails and rang up the number 111000787 also but i am told my case has been sent to concerned department.
For God sake banking system has gone to far ahead of this kind of concerned department bickering.
One: if the email change puts a hold on FIN PIN for so many days? Why there is no warning in the software for the customer that it does?
Two: If there are so many department in Askari Bank that a small thing takes week. Why have them?
If i do not get my pin activated I definitely have the option of switching my account to a better bank.
But before I do that I will raise the issue to highest possible level to bring the notice of those who draw hefty packages as pay and do nothing to make the life of customers easy.
