By using jazz cash service i transfered Amount 5500 deduct from my account 03056287187 but not credit bank account in MCB I made this transaction on dated 10/08/2021

Hey there,
I transferred 13000 to a bank account but the transaction was failed but also money got deducted. Kindly look into the problem and send my money back to my jazzcash account.
