My name is “Waqas Hameed”. I ordered my Jazzcash Mastercard 20 days ago and the Jazz gave me 15 days to deliver it and also gave me their contact numbers. It’s been 20 days but neither they did delivered my “Mastercard” nor contact me. And they have also received Mastercard fee of 400 Rs from me. I request you to take action against them. I shall be very thankful to you
