I have been using jazz network from last 3 years. It’s internet speed was good but sometimes it had created some problem. But now it’s been 5 months it’s speed is very very very slow. YouTube and Facebook are not working. Watts app call has become impossible. Videos takes hours to download. Google search is also impossible. The situation is so much irritating that sometimes it creates very strange situation that l wanna hit my phone with Wall. It has become a serious cause of headache for me. Now please sort out my problem as soon as possible otherwise me and my husband both are thinking about to switch to another account.

Dear jazz company no doubt jazz is really awesome network and always take care of its customers but since last few months service of its internet is very pathetic kindly resolve this issue
