Installments of NOKIA-3 and Improper Phone Bill

Dear Sir,

I am receiving improper bill. Wana know the bill of February-18 but Customer Care is not ready to cooperate. Unable to dial 111 300 300 by PTCL. Please see below the email chain (My cell number is 03008719203).

Dear Sir,

I had purchased NOKIA-3 from you at Customer Care Centre, Clifton, on January 06, 2018. Full payment was 15,800/-. Half of its payment (7,900) was cleared at the spot while remaining half had to be paid by me in one year duration @ 658/- per month. Last month I had cleared 658/- along with other outstanding dues. This month, again I received a bill of 1,099/- instead of 658/- (Please keep in mind that this phone is NOT utilized for making calls). Today 100 more added to the previous total to make 1199/- to be paid. I tried to contact to the agent, Miss Zobia (0302-2229666) but she is also non-cooperative and cuts my phone calls again and again. I tried 021-111 300 300 but it is also non-responsive. I have one option left which is to discontinue the sim of Jazz and move to some other connection, if my issue is not resolved. Kindly look into the matter and let me know the details of my previous bill, my payments and my recent bill
