Hi,
i am Qasim Ali and i am working as software engineer. Due to lockdown, i countinue my work from home and using your So called 4G which is unable to provide 1MB speed.
me and my whole family is using your network and recharge your high rated bundles. we are very disappoint from your services.

in my area 80% of population was using jazz network and now they are looking for other networks. ZONG is working for their customers and providing good services and my some friend also moved to Zong Network and some are using there Devices for good speed.

we don’t want to change our network but i think there is no option.

please resolve your internet speed issue to keep your customer circle big if not you will face big lose in this area.

your customer care center is not provide you such information because they don’t want to lose their job.

i hope you will look into this issue, if you want more complaints with this Email subject to responde to this issue people can write complaint.
