It is stated that I Mr. Muhammad Zaheer using Jazz No. 03066780845 I received call from Jazz company representative on Dated: 07-04-2018 from 051-8466466 time is 10:08 AM. Mr. Ali deceive me and deduct my Rs: 999 on my Mobile Account call is recorded on my cell phone which can be Listen Company from his call Log on Dated: 07-04-2018 in which I deny to avail (sahat Soohalat)
Mr. Ali merge free minute information with sahat soohlat insurance and deceived me before this in past I also deny such kind of facility on Dated: 17-03-2018 call received from Madam Umara from 04232534444. Which cal be listen on company from my call account.
Please refund my Rs: 999 for batter customer care

You guys are nothing but “Fraud”, a worker named zohaib called me today at 5:30 pm and told me to activate the package tht was free, I furthermore confirmed is the package actually free and if it would not deduct any amount from my account. But ultimately he lied and a insurance policy was activated which he never told me, tell me how in the world internet,minutes and sms are related to insurance policy? I really want to meet this guy and beat the crap out of him for real, just for guiding me wrong and tricked me in his fraud.

Got a call from 051 8466466 this number she was trying to fool me for some insurance policy asking to reply with the sms with my secret pin code I was like hellooooooo why should I ? Anyway I just cut the call without any delay and now I receive a message stated that transaction failed ., it means she was about to steal my money am I right and it’s so shameful for jazz company at least explain your customers with all detail whatever you are upto
I was load a Rs. 2500 on my jazz cash account from agent on 28-08-2021 but the amount not come in my account but forwarded from the agent. i was emailed to complain center and they we will resolve within 48 hours but still to date my amount is not come in my account. my account no. is 03008967851
