I’m a long-standing Jazz customer. Whenever I purchase or activate a data package, especially social packages, on my number, none of the social apps work except WhatsApp. Even the messaging feature barely works – I can only send messages, not use any other sociall app not even goole search engine work.
I’ve experienced the same issue with my family’s numbers, who are also long-time Jazz customers. We purchase monthly packages, but they don’t work properly. Despite paying a significant amount each month, we’re limited to sending SMS and WhatsApp messages. No other apps work, which is unacceptable. Yesterday i did a package from my jazzcash to my mothe number of monthly social bundle of 700 rupess which includes sms, w.ap, youtube, fb,tiktok, mins and other social app but it didn’t even work for a while except sim msg and w.ap sending msg not even status of w.al downloades.
I urge you to resolve this issue. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service. This is unfair. I expect better from Jazz.
