Last month i bought LENOVO A6010 mobile handset which offers Jazz 6GB free internet for 6 Months. I am unable to avail this offer despite of my 7 calls to customer support 111 in 48 hours. my money and time both have consumed and i am in great frustration.
Kindly help me out and provide the promised service as early as possible. Code *117*90*2# shows validity till April 2018.
kindly note that all Helpline representatives ask for 15 minutes other for 2 hours but more than 15 hours has passed but no action has taken. This is really bad with customers. I appeal to take immediate action.
