i ordered monthly package 1200 jazz +warid 100 off net minutes package on 20 Th November 2017 ,which was expired on scheduled date 20 th December at 11.59 pm i did not used my complete minutes and other facilities i called to customer service talked to Mr Aadil i asked for i have two hours remain of expiring my monthly package if i reactivate my same monthly package my remaining minutes and other bundles convert in same he told me yes it will be club add in your monthly package it was time 9.30 pm i was checked my status 9.15 pm i have 67 off net minutes, more then 2000 on net minutes and other internet and sms till at 11.59 pm when i close the call and recheck my status the system shows me there are no any package on my number i was shocked i recall to customer service center i connect approximately 9.45 pm to Mr Umer namely he told me i asked same he told me i checked your status you do not have any package on your number i said that i want to lodged compliant after all he do not give any complaint number to me he told me i lodged your complain the company will call to you whiten two hours this is whole story of fraud this is the big company and this the reputation of jazz and mobililnk company i am using jazz mobilink since launch this company in Pakistan
