Company is cutting balance without permission and not attending calls on customer service i have avidance of call hold more then 9 mints and 4.30 mints no answered why company taking money from my account and why giving advance without asking when I need them it’s given already why I am very old user and will shut down this SIM if compAny continuing cutting money like this
Pehlay bhi complain ki thi me ne us wakat har haftay 10 rupay balance kat jata tha aisay hi company ne apnay taraf se game ka pkge laga dya tha.
Aj phir 11.95 account se balance kat gaya jb dekha to 5.37 am ko DOT pkge laga dya hay company ne jis time me neend me tha. Matlab sarasar fraud.
Plz balance refund Karen or ainda koi aisa fraud na Karen.
