I am a regular customer of WARID/JAZZ Telecom since last 11 years and using 03219296336.Time and again the telecom company use to attract customer’s attention by offering various packages and by using misleading information and / or involve in stealing customer’s money by introducing certain offers with hidden charges OR un defined policies . Most of the time customers avoid complaining due to lengthy/ cumbersome process various arguments by its call centers employees etc.
This time I am again victim of one of the product offered by them .
• I had opted to select my own package by dialing *303*2# on 27th August .Selected a thirty day ( 100 off net,200 on-net + 1000 SMS ) Package and my amount 214.94+ Tax were charged. This offer was valid till 26th September 2017.
• Meanwhile I need some internet services on 1st Sept 2017,and therefore selected “same offer “with restricted 1000MB with additional Rs 140+ Tax. assuming that my minutes are valid for one month ie till 26th September 2017.
• There was no mention/intimation/ message nor any pop up/warning regarding overlapping of my package or customer’s loss of minutes etc.
• Also I had some credit balance. I started using phone as if there was an active package for minutes as well as internet. I was astonished to note that not only my existing package was withdrawn but they started charges on my existing balance.
• The company never informed nor restrict customers for overlapping of package which is a malafide intention to steal thousands of innocent customers money who does not complain.
• On TOP of it The customers are continuously receiving various offers even if the are using a package without information regarding “overlapping of any other package” or loss of current package and money. I am also receiving similar offers.

• I called on 1st Sept at midnight but after 20minutes exchange of waiting and discussion the representative refused to accept my claim as there was Eid holidays he advised me to call again/non availability of superviser .
• Again on 5th Sept I called Jazz representative but Mr Arsalan and his supervise Mr Mujadid Rafiq failed to accept any liability on behalf of the JAZZ.
• However they have categorically informed that the company never informed its customers regarding this. I have been told that this malfunction is only available for *303* offers. You may ask for recording of my phone call: They were not aware about what to do if I need a 30 days package and advised me to opt another offer?????
In view of the above submission the Company may be advised to
1. Refund my money fraudantly charged or restoration of my package with deferment of lost days.
2. Refund all call charges steeled after that
3. Refund my call charges for calling them
Further, the company may be warned to categorically advise the customers if opting of one offer is feasible or harmful in presence of another offer

In case of no response from them I reserve my right to file a case against them in the court of law.
