I have been a victim of Jazz prepaid offers.My cell # is 03219296336, I had selected a package of 30 days on net and off net minutes. Meanwhile I decided to add some internet minutes for 30 days and selected only 1000MB. Unfortunately my entire balance was consumed and even my 200+100 on net and off net minutes were also gone some where.
No one in customer complaint is responding please look into it to avoid me to invite PTA on these type of malfunctioning, I still need to buy some minutes through self selected package but unable to do so.Intrestingly I am contineously receiving messages inviting for some more packages.
