Dear Sir/Madam,
I am hereby explaining my issue that is:
I ordered the Jazzcash mastercard on 31-Dec-2021. Which should be delivered to me on at 21-jan-2022 although it doesn’t. Then I contact jazzcash help line many times and at the first time When i called they register my complain with the complain ID 1196324. They said that my issue will be solved under 7 working days which ends today but my problem remain the same. I hereby requesting that please solve my issue
