Subject: Easy Load Problem
Respected sir/Madam,
With due respect, it is pointed out / informed with great concerned that on 09.11.2017 at evening time, the undersigned mistakenly loaded Rs. 1975 on the Jazz/warid sim (number 0323-9137796 ) , I wrongly enter the amount of my security pin as 1975 instead of Rs.50 from my JazzCash account No.03225023552, so it is therefore, requested that the load in question may be reverse base to my Jazzcash Account at 03225023552.

Note:
1. I also visited at JazzCash Frinchise office, Chandni Chowk, Murree Road, Rawalpindi and informed my problem in detail and guided to call at 1344 but this number is not responding still.
2. I also contacted at 4444 and 1344 but my problem is still not solved.
3. I remain also contacted to help line of my mobile network but in vain.
