I sent money through UBL DIGITAL app to someone using JazzCash Account. The money was debited from my account the same day i sent but was never received by the person. i tried logging several complaints to Ubl but they can’t tell me why it has happened. they keep telling me that money is debited from my account the same day, that i already knew. JazzCash services wouldnt take my complaints because im not their account holder. i have tried contacting SBP but they asked me to fill some forms that had to be attested by an oath comissioner. i work in a desert site outside of karachi and due to my job i can not go to courts or banks. i’ve tried everything possible but its been over a month and i feel helpless.
