Assalam O Alikum.
I am jazz customer and use the jazz cash account.
I was sent money to my NBP account From jazz cash account 03030702728.
The amount is 2500 and amount is not reach to NBP account.
I had sent the money 1st may 2019.
I complained already,but not tell me that my amount were where???
I have Transction I’d (005427186792)
I done transaction at national bank of Pakistan atm balance deduct but cash not received.

I am jazz cash customer…
I withdraw money Rs. 2000 from my JazzCash account. Rs. 40 deduct from my account directly. But JazzCash agent charge extra Fee from me Rs. 40.
