I did a transaction of 21000 from my Jazzcash account to easypaisa account of my brother on 26.07.2021. when we didn’t receive transaction in 24 hours i did a complain to jazzcash call center on 27.06.2021. They said my issue will be resolved in 7 working days but 7 working days passed and i didn’t receive my transaction and they asked me to wait for few days more.
It’s been 15 days, i call them daily but they still ask me to wait.
I need my money back urgently as I’m having emergency.
Jazzcash has caused me financial and mental trauma which is unforgettable.
Please i request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I’m also attaching screenshots of my transaction.
