Aoa I have send money from jazz cash account number 03327465016 to NBP account number 3015080939 on Saturday 20-4-2019 rupees 17500 but still transaction is not complete and I have contact many time to jazz cash but my complain still no resolve but why and no amount still reverse in my account

I am jazz customer and use the jazz cash account.
I was sent money to my NBP account From jazz cash account 03030702728.
The amount is 2500 and amount is not reach to NBP account.
I had sent the money 1st may 2019.
I complained already,but not tell me that my amount were where???
