I want to report an unauthorized transaction from my JazzCash account. An amount of Rs. 499 was deducted by “PI Pakistan Pvt Limited” on May 25, 2026 without my permission or confirmation. I did not subscribe to any service knowingly and I was not informed about any recurring payment. Kindly investigate this transaction, stop any future deductions, block recurring payments/subscriptions linked to my account, and process a refund if possible.
