I am writing to file a complaint regarding an unauthorized transaction that was made from my JazzCash account without my permission. On March 2, 2023, at approximately 12:10 PM, I received a message from JazzCash indicating that a payment of 199Rs. had been deducted from my account by PI PAKISTAN PVT LIMITED. I did not authorize this transaction and have no knowledge of this company.

As a JazzCash customer, I am very concerned about the security of my account and the fact that payments can be deducted without my knowledge or consent. I have contacted JazzCash customer service regarding this matter, but have not received a satisfactory response.

I request that the deducted amount of 199Rs. be refunded to my JazzCash account as soon as possible. Additionally, I urge JazzCash to implement stronger security measures to prevent unauthorized transactions in the future. This incident has caused me great inconvenience and has shaken my confidence in JazzCash’s ability to keep my account secure.

I am attaching a screenshot of the message I received from JazzCash regarding the unauthorized deduction for your reference. I hope that JazzCash will take immediate action to investigate this matter and ensure that my account is secure.
