15 BUSINESS DAYS has been completed but still today i have not received my JAZZCASH VISA DEBIT CARD still.
kindly take the strictly Action on my COMPLAIN on HIGH LEVEL PROCEESS KINDLY.

I was order the jazz ATM card in date of 29.10.2018 but till date i’m not received. Hundred times call’s to 4444 agent they guide me with their sharp mind. Their method of guide is very beneficial for Mobicash department. Now their method of guidance is shared with you if you can accept to agree with my words.They give me an other person ATM card tracking number. This is the way to guide the customer. With my again and again calls they give me Complain number. After the complain number two time call’s to agent then their reply is normally used in service provider companies. These word are very famous. Word’s are “yous order is dispatched to you and received to you as soon as possible”. I want to under stand these word meaning of “as soon as possible”. I want to know in dictionary of Jazz ATM card department meaning of “as soon as possible” is hours,days,weeks,months,years or centuries.

I got a call from jaaz, and order for new visa card, and she said i will get in 15 days. but i did not get yet.
And also i really concern with jazz, the coustomer care pepole are not help full and just try to end the call. but we have to pay for call before. jazz its very larg company you must have to take care about that and atleast provide us contact on chat option.
