I transferred 1000 rs via debit card into my jazzcash account on 13th April. The bank transacted the amount but my jazzcash account did not add it. Then after a few days I transferred 5000 rs from my debit card into the jazzcash account, against the amount was deducted from bank but did not transfer to jazzcash. I called jazzcash they said you need to verify your account through biometric the amount will be transferred to your account. It’s been 2 days I did verify my account but neither the amount is released, nor they picking up my calls. Not replying to social media msgs either. Not replying to emails either.
