Subject: UNDUE CASH BALANCE DEDUCTION FROM MY MOBILE # 03074937793 (Thread:1999928)
Mobile Number 03074947793 is in my use for the last ten years. Now for last five of years, I have never used it except few calls in a year as there are no signals in our area. You can visit & examine by yourself. It is purely used on whatsapp. I have never requested for MOBILINK for any package as PTCL WIFI remain available 24/7.
Astonishing complaint is that whenever I feed cash balance, it is deducted to NIL without any reason. This bad looting practice was done last year also which was pointed out with strong arguments & deduction stopped. Same is the case with my family members keeping Mobilink/Jazz numbers. Now they have removed SIMS from mobiles.
It is highly protested that this looting practice be immediately stopped.

I am not satisfied with your reply. I never use mobilink call/SMS/any package as I lodged in my self explanatory complaint. No signal ever there for the last many years here in our area. Any your high official can visit at any time to investigate. Same is problem with my son, daughter in laws & wife. Our mobiles remain on PTCL BB WIFI 24/7 so no need of using your any package. I am 73 years old man & request you to remove all such so called unwanted packages.
My family & I reserve the right to take this unwanted deductions matter to all govt highly official authority including PEMRA, CJP & PM PORTAL with strong arguments as I have also received such complaints from many more friends.
