JS Bank Auto Loan
i applied for Auto loan in Aug and paid my down payment on 1st week of Sep 2016. the person named “Nadeem Akhtar” who is auto loan consultant (in Johar town branc of lahore) told me that my car went on booking but he did nt paid 5000 to Suzuki motors on time(which i paid to nadeem to give it to suzuki for color changing) and my car gets 10 days delay bcz of fraud and liar consultant of JS bank. but now today when i went to suzuki motors they said i will receive my Car in the end of december koz JS Bank Paid them the pay order on 20th Oct 2016. Why?JS Bank is doing fraud with their customers? my car will take now 90 days to be deliver….. What the hell is this? did JS Bank behave like this with its customers? such disappointment and also the person nadeem akhtar, he even did nt give me a single documt as an evidence or nt even an installment plan. now i dnt have any document regarding my auto loan process or CAR and nadeem akhtar is not responding me. what kind of services JS Bank is providing to its customers? now what shud i do? my Car is not delivering and taking more than 90 days.
