I have got two insurance polices no 737724-737709 from the jubilee insurance 30.11.2016 and due to malafide intention I filed a civil suit for recovery of Rs 4200000 against the jubilee life insurance company and which is pending before the court of Gulzar Ahmed Khalid additional district judge Rawalpindi and fixed for 15 January 2019. it is important to mentioned prior to filling of civil suit , I served a legal notice to the company on 31.10.2018.it is also mentioned here I freeze my account against the jubilee insurance but even then in New year while the profits Rs 173534 came in my account 31 Dec 2018. the jubilee insurance deducted Rs 100000 from my account that is totally illegal transection did by the bank in account of jubilee life insurance.the said trasection may please be reverse in favour of me.
