This is to bring in to your kind notice that i am living in Emirates and i was inspired by HBL world wide , during my visit in Pakistan I did open my account in HBL Karim block market Lahore for saving purpose in 2014 . Later on i deposited PKR 200,000/ in my account at new Garden town branch Lahore . Their, Miss Saima approaches me and elaborate term deposits of HBL , i agreed apon better rates and miss saima bring some documents to sign on . This year in 2016 i visit branch for my balance confirmation but i get shocked to hear that i have no money in my account , upon confirmation from bank staff i was told that i did start an insurance plan with bank in 2014 and the deduction in my account was the premium bank debited for the on year .
Sir , please note that i did not received any confirmation call from bank staff which is against the policy af an insurance company.
Kindly look into my request and oblige
