K Electric Not apply Peak and Off Peak Tariff in any bill, when I approach to IBC for this issue, officials said its not applicable to K-Electric Consumer, I said why it is given in tariff, Official said I don’t know, its a legislative issue may brief over legal department in Head office when I approach to Head office for meeting security not allowed to talk with any one. All tariff published by NEPRA/MoW&P clearly given peak / off-Peak rates for load above 5 KW for residential customer. but K- Electric not compliance the rule.
