I would like to draw your kind attention to a prevalent Contempt of Court being carried out by majority of schools in Karachi, especially Karachi Public School (“KPS”).
Recently a fee voucher has been issued by KPS to my son, who is studying in KPS. Therein, KPS has increased Fee by more than 5% against the orders of Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan. Moreover, they have charged a fee for May 2018 and June 2018. I have been told by the management that a voucher in May 2018 will be issued for July 2018 and August 2018 fee. I understand that the schools have been prohibited from charging June and July Fee.
I have talked to management of KPS on this issue and they have declined from abiding by any orders issued in this regards, thus acting in contempt of court.
I have kept my name and my kid’s name confidential as I am fully aware of the consequences that my kid will have to face if KPS finds out that I have made a complaint against them.
