We the residents of block 16 federal B area are facing scarcity of water . The mainline sweet water has not been supplied since ages. We are using boring water which has also dried up since we shifted here in 2014 . Frequent reminders have been submitted to the concerned personnel (attached as well) but all in vain .Paid the KWSB Bills regularly . Also have registered complaints on the helpline but nobody listens and takes any action .
