Respected Sir,
I’m daily travel one destination to other destination from careem, Bykea, and uber I booked careem for ride from Beferzone when I booked any rides I always call to any captain of careem Bykea and Uber captains what his location ask him were he is and guide him were he comes to collect me for ride that day also I call to captain of KBJ-0235 Date 12/09/2020 time is 12 : 52 were he is located but his number dead he didn’t answer I several times I call but don’t connect receiver I confused he didn’t receive my call then my ride will cancel I check careem app several times the Captain still one place he didn’t move to my destination and his cellphone continuous dead so then I call Bykea for ride I am late for my commitment to someone were I go if careem do not action on this issue I complain to autorties of Pakistan and international head of Department the booking captain call me other cellphone and he say you cancel the ride I said I don’t cancel it why I cancelled careem Sir if any captain registered cell phone number in careem Uber and Bykea and didn’t receive calls from that cell phone and call from other cell phone he betrayed the Company is totally Crime that captain is in criminal activity so my request to Authority that captains or other who involve in the type of crime band in company Sir previously I two times in that issue I ignored but I don’t do that issue ignoring that issue isn’t my issues all Pakistani issues I don’t know some Pakistani late for job issue someone late for some emergency so do action in it otherwise I go to complain in international Court for Uber and Careem.
pay back my Money and my time to me you Careem and your captains I sue you that’s matter is not DoT Issues you leave and run or in your app no complain box or no voice msg box can that issue box immediately done other wise I complain it other places like Social media and YouTube then whole world seen it.
