Bought Kenwood Efortune Standing Split and within 2 months it started icing in coil and throw of air decreased badly, on first visit the technician informed that its installation issue and once we came to know not an installation issue then on 2nd visit he started saying to send whole split unit to our service center at your own expense, so beaware of such low quality and irresponsible company
