On 06/10/2022 KFC accepted my online order at 12:10 pm and acknowledged that same accordingly via the Email. The branch responsible for complying to this order was DHA – H Block, Lahore. Despite the lapse of 3 hours and 5 complaints to the KFC hotline, no contact from the branch was made and they opted to cancel the order with out informing the customer.

All along, the customer services assured that the order will be delivered shortly and the branch will contact.

I believe, KFC is not aware that there are legal consequences once that order is accepted and acknowledged. Also. most certainly their staff at H Block needs to be trained for customer services.

Nevertheless, action in this regard is under way.

* Go to page
* Write KFC in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from KFC.
