I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding my Family Festival Deal 3 order placed yesterday.
At the time of placing the order, I specifically requested that two of the burgers be prepared without mayonnaise. Despite this clear instruction, mayonnaise was added to the burgers. This was particularly disappointing as the request was explicitly communicated beforehand.
I also made 5–6 calls to KFC at 051-111-532-532 regarding this issue. Although my complaint was registered, it is still showing as waiting for action, and I have not received a satisfactory resolution or follow-up.
I find this level of service very disappointing. Not only was my specific order instruction ignored, but despite repeated calls, the complaint has still not been resolved.
I request that KFC please investigate this matter urgently, take appropriate action, and provide a proper resolution/compensation for the inconvenience caused. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why my repeated calls and registered complaint have not yet resulted in any action.
