I have ordered kfc at 1 40am i didn’t have any transport and i was so hungry so i ordered kfc online from their app and till now 3 48am they haven’t delivered my food i have nothing to eat right now what should i do? It’s not the right way to deal with customers from now on i will try not to order from kfc

* Get refund / replacement / damages from KFC.
I ordered a pickup at 5 star branch karachi. After waiting for 40 mins they told me my order is placed at board office branch. Then they take 30 mins and i still dont get my order . Pathetic behaviour
