I paid for a pickup order at lahore johar town branch on 11th march it got cancelled due to kfc negligence ans stupidity and today is 11th april. The refund is not yet processed. The customer service agents just have same script whenever i call them. This has been the worst experience i have ever had to face. Whenever i call them they tell me my issue is highlighted and a representative will call me for further informing but it has been 5 straight days of me calling but no representative is contacting me whatsoever.
