I had a chance to visit kfc 2 days ago.
I ordered 3 golottlo deals l, and on the cash counter, i was asked to scan the deals. I managed to scan 1 deal and the remaining 2 couldnt be scanned. I requested the staff to cooperate, or atleast consult the matter with your manager.
This is the point where the rude Hamza Manager kfc sialkot steps in, and bluntly argued, and said thats your issue not ours. Do you expect this rude behaviour or words from anyone or compare your self with the smiling staff of Mcdonalds.
Apart from this, at the pick up point, you are asked to park your car ahead and take it out of the camera range, as your cooking process is always late.
Lastly, there is no SOPS being followed at KFC sialkot. Its a total crap.
If someone read this, please take the matter seriously. I am forwarding this complain to KFC international, and many social media pages if i dont get an apology from the manager named Hamza with a period of 7 days.

Pethic behaviour of Mr imran KFC d ground Faisalabad branch
Yesterday I visited your saddar branch Rawalpindi as it was hell crowded I asked the staff why don’t you deliver at bakery CHOWK they confirmed me and again that they do deliver at bakery CHOWK they provided me their branch number today I called at kfc call center to place order I again confirmed it and they said yes they deliver their after placing order and waiting for 15 min I received a call that my order is cancelled bcz the saddar branch which is hardly 10 min away by car they don’t deliver I said to them that the branch it self confirmed it that they deliver their but they cancelled my order pathetic behaviour by saddar branch .if you don’t deliver plz put your app on food panda so that they can deliver in the area of bakery CHOWK.
