It is to inform you that yesterday I visited the above branch and ordered Chicky Meal and enquired before ordering if the Gyro toy was available. I was told it is available. But when the order got ready I was given Hotwheels car instead. When I protested the manager Dennis was impolite and abusive and returned the money on my protest. The person taking the order could not hear or speak, it is good that KFC has taken the pain in employing these people but atleast the manager should have the sense that the person taking the order can hear and speak so that there is no mis communication.
It is requested that disciplinary action should be taken against the manager present in night shift at KFC Khayaban-e-Rahat branch Karachi.
