KFC / Wastage of time and money in queue for 50 mins and order not delivered leading to wastage of precious time of customer

I ordered vide order No 7073 dated 22 Feb 23 at 2219hrs. I tried my best to stay in queue for almost 50 mins and even then order was not delivered despite delivery of multiple orders ordered after my order . I asked them expedite the order but manager Mr mehran told me to get the money back. He also tried to take away hide my chit bearing order No 7073 once i asked them to give me complaint register. I want reimbursement of Rs 200000 from KFC MANAGEMENT on account of wastage of my precious time and agony caused by not following the sequence which is a violation of rule. Once I tried to launch the complaint on given complaint number, I couldn’t talk to none of the KFC representatives which further wasted my time and money by keeping me busy on 111532532
