A. O. A IM the regular customer of KFC at gulshan near disco bakery i dnt have any complains related to food, it was good.. But serving was not proper due to lacking of staff or your so called multi tasking method .My food was served by the person who was moping the floor, although he was a human being but tht was totally unhygienic way that some one who was mopping and allowed to serve the food behind the counter witbout using senitizer or if used then must wear gloves or fulfill the standards we only go to KFC bcoz of quality & standards other wise here in khi we all can find tasty food at low cost bcoz this is the only entertainment people of khi usually have… I did this complain to the UK return duty manager who dont even know how to deal the customer and have zero tolerance he said what can i do how can i satisfy u regarding this complain even he shouted over me in Abusive way , try to hit me and said or kia karo paon me gir jao talwey chatto apky? . Is this the customer dealing? what i have paid for? senseless i did nothing bcz of my family who is along with me. seriously tht guy was getting on my nerves and ruined the name of KFC so called standards and procedures u can check it in your cameras there in KFC at least grom today and so on i &my family member will never visit KFc. Coz u hired only non professional agressive employee with zero tolersnce and public dealing u should at least trained them that customer is always right and paying your pay..
