* Write Khidmat Card in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Khidmat Card.
My khidmat card ATM BOP is showing balance but refuse withdrawal saying dear customer your transaction is not possible while i have got biomatric verification through js retailer vide TiD: W 73238354876 on 18-05-2021 of my zong no : 03178121734. So what i have to do now . Please guid me or solve grievance as so as possible
