Dear Sir,
We booked Kia Picanto through Kia Motors Sports City Sialkot, paid full amount 23 lakh and 27 thousand (Rs. 2,327,000). Booking Ref: Sams Industries PBO 2901108. Deadline date was January 2022. Now more than 2 months still there is no car delivery confirmation.
Kia Company is not able to meet deadline date. They are just using customer’s money and playing emotions which is in no way justified. I hope this complain can help to solve the matter, for car delivery and delay compensation from Kia Motors Pakistan.
