I want to replace the order as this is not the one i ordered. I clearly mentioned in the message for the dress i want. Really disappointed for such a pathetic services.

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Koutfit.
does anyone get their order exchanged or replaced after complaining here? i recently ordered 3 outfits from instagram page littlesmileeyes (they blocked me after conferring them) which is maybe extension of koutofficial account on instagram worth 7500 rupees… In return i got some cheap stuff wish i can post pictures here also….! kindly tell me how to replace or exchange my parcel….!
