we are the residents of alpine plaza block 10 gulistan e jauhar. for the first time since possession of the apartment KWSB send us the bills in which they put arrears of conservancy charges and fire charges of Rs. 1328 and Rs. 16088 respectively. we want to ask that why KWSB put those charges in our bills as they are not supposed to take those charges in water bill. KWSB put those charges unnecessarily in our bills which cause a torture to all the residents. this things should be stopped as KE, SSGC and now KWSB did this unnecessary billing. we want to ask that our time has no value as now we have to waste our valuable time to go to their office and ask them to issue us a new bill. this is really ridiculous as they have no online solution and ultimately we have to visit their office for resolution of this issue.
