Dear Sir,
With due respect sir we have five landline numbers in our office(N.J. Auto industries Pvt. Ltd.) Near railway station Multan cantt. Dear sir from 15-3-18 our number 061-4503460
is dead there is no dial tone. on this number we have a 4mb broadband dsl. I have register a complaint on date of 20-3-18 complaint number is 46. Dear sir i call to the PA (Mehmood sb) of PTCL business manager multan, he give me the number of area in-charge Mr. Sajjad sb and then Sajjad sb gives me the number of Mr.Asghar lineman the number is powered off.
No one is taking care of customers.No one is taking care of responsibility. What should i have to do? My phone is still dead and no one is attending the phone.
