Dear Sir
I had worked in the institute “The Lasanians” Rawalpindi for 24 years w.e.f August 1989 to April 30, 2013 as a teacher and as well as Vice Principal. I was informed by the school management that my EOBI contributions are being deposited for the said tenure and they had also taken filled EOBI form from me 2 years ago, approximately. After making so many requests to them I am still not given my EOBI card and number and finally they have stopped responding to my calls.
After utter disappointment and poor response from school management, my husband and son visited EOBI office Chandni Chowk Rwp and surprisingly it was informed that my name is not even registered by the management of the school whereas school is registered with EOBI since 1986 and they are depositing contribution for 13 members but have not given the names of the employees except one lucky employee. But I didn’t get any help from EOBI either.
In view of all above please guide me what is the procedure to get my right discussed above and please launch complain against the school management for the fraudulent act with the employees as per law.
