My parcel was booked on 06 Nov 2023 from Bahawalpur, now on 11 Nov 2023 (1600hrs) has not been delivered to mardan. The delivery address was a hospital address, which is giving 24hours service. So no one can say delivery address was closed or not available.
Im complaint the helpline but very poor response just by share online tracking status. I would like to request to please check the comments of people for the LCS from their website or twitter.
